
Terms & Conditions
Quotes
A quote is not considered a booked reservation. Only full payment secures the reservation. Quotes and pricing may include travel time to the pickup location, trip duration, return time, and a 20% gratuity (when applicable), but are subject to change on a per-trip basis. Upon acceptance of a quote, full payment will be required in advance via invoice to secure the reservation.

Pricing
The standard rate is $60 per hour and applies Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The premium rate is $75 per hour and applies to all off-hours and weekends. The holiday rate is $100 per hour and applies to major U.S. holidays. Final pricing is calculated in 15-minute increments and rounded up to the next increment. For example, a planned trip of 32 minutes will be billed as 45 minutes. Rates and pricing are subject to change, primarily for trips scheduled outside normal business hours. Driver availability is not guaranteed during off-hour, weekend, or holiday periods.

Payment and Privacy
Full payment is due in advance, at the time of booking. This payment secures the reservation. If the client would like to keep a credit card on file for future transactions, a credit card authorization agreement must be signed. Major credit cards are accepted. Client information will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. All payments are due prior to the reservation unless otherwise agreed. Any additional fees acquired may be billed after the reservation, which the client is required to pay.

Same-Day Reservations
A reservation booked within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time is considered a same-day reservation. Driver availability is not guaranteed for same-day reservations. If a same-day request is accepted and the reservation is confirmed, full payment will be due immediately. In certain cases, payment at the time of the ride may be accepted, but is determined on a per-trip basis.

Wait Time
The wait time rate is $0.50 per minute for both scheduled and unscheduled waits during standard pickups, round trips, and multiple stops. Unscheduled wait time billing will begin after a 5-minute grace period for standard pickups. For airport pickups, a 1-hour grace period after the flight lands is included. If the wait time reaches 30 minutes for standard pickups, or 1 hour for airport pickups, and there is no communication from the client, the pickup may be terminated.
Airport Reservations
Please provide the driver with your flight details prior to the reservation date. Flights are monitored, and the driver will wait in the designated chauffeur holding lot until the client has landed. *IMPORTANT* The client must call or text the driver once they have landed and reached the baggage claim area, regardless of whether they have checked bags. This confirms to the driver that they may proceed to the designated terminal limo lot pickup area. Follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Limos when exiting the terminal. If the client cannot be located or contacted within the 1- hour grace period after landing and no communication has been received, the client will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Airport fees, tolls, up to three passengers, and standard luggage per passenger are included in the price. Additional passengers, excess/oversized luggage, and extended wait times may incur additional charges.
Passenger and Luggage Capacity
The vehicle can accommodate up to four passengers, but three comfortably. Up to three passengers and standard luggage per passenger are included in the price. Additional passengers beyond three or excess/oversized luggage may incur additional charges determined on a per-trip basis.

Travel Time
The business and driver are not responsible for any changes in a trip's duration due to weather, heavy traffic, accidents, construction, road closures, delays, or any other circumstances beyond their control. While punctuality is a priority, the driver cannot be held responsible for changes to pickup or drop-off times resulting from events outside of their control.
Limitation of Liability
The business shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform service due to traffic, weather, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and level of cleanliness as it was at the beginning of the trip.
Additional fees may be billed to the client if this expectation is not met. These fees will be based on the extent of the incident and the estimated downtime required before the vehicle is road-ready. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the vehicle. If smoking occurs, a $50 fee will be billed to the client.
Safety
The business and driver reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if they feel unsafe or encounter a dangerous situation or environment. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather conditions, medical emergencies, or if any member of the party is disrespectful, destructive, or in possession of illegal substances, hazardous materials, or firearms. Illegal substances, hazardous materials, and firearms are strictly prohibited. If a trip is terminated for any of these reasons, the full payment and possible additional fees may be billed to the client, determined on a per-trip basis.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, but before the driver has departed, are eligible for a 50% refund. Once the driver has departed, the reservation becomes non-refundable. This policy applies to all reservations, including those affected by flight delays, cancellations, postponements, or significant schedule changes.
No-Shows
For standard pickups, a client is considered a no-show if they fail to communicate within the 30-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. Airport pickups have a 1-hour grace period. A no-show may result in an additional fee to the reservation price, determined on a per-trip basis. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Additional Fees
If a violation of the Terms and Conditions occurs, the client may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be determined based on the nature and severity of the incident. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to all terms to avoid any unforeseen charges. Additional fees may also apply for extended waiting times, extra stops, or special services. The client is required to pay these additional fees, even if they’re billed after the reservation.
Modification of Terms
The business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the business’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote, confirming a reservation, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. Proceeding with the booking indicates the client’s understanding that these Terms govern the service provided. Acceptance of service—whether through confirmation or payment—constitutes a binding agreement between the client and the business, regardless of signature.
